Rumor: Apple to charge iPad users for iOS 4 update

Based on the latest in the rumor mill, Apple has plans to charge iPad users for the privilege of updating to iOS 4 when it comes available sometime this fall. This story is coming by way of an “anonymous source” who claim that a charge for iOS 4 is “definite.” That said, Stuff.tv is siding with the rumor stating that “they don’t think they’re wrong.” Personally, I am NOT believing it.
